Laser Treatments
Tixel Treatment
Tixel is a fractional skin resurfacing treatment that uses a unique thermo-mechanical technology to rejuvenate and improve the skin’s appearance. It’s a non-invasive procedure that offers a compelling alternative to traditional laser treatments due to its ability to rejuvenate delicate facial skin, including the periorbital area, eyelids, neck, and décolleté. It’s also a safe and effective option for those with darker skin tones who may not be candidates for traditional laser treatments.
Whether you’re seeking to improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and uneven skin texture, or you want to improve skin tone, reduce pore size, and tighten the skin, Tixel offers a versatile and effective treatment option.
Fine Lines & Wrinkles
Tixel effectively diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, promoting a smoother, more youthful complexion.
Uneven Skin Tone & Texture

Stretch marks
Tixel can improve the appearance of stretch marks by promoting collagen growth and remodeling the affected skin
Acne Scar Reduction
The Tixel treatment stimulates collagen production, which helps to reduce the appearance of acne scars
Dark Spots & Age Spots
Tixel can reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and age spots, contributing to a more even skin tone.
Skin Tightening
Tixel improves skin elasticity and hydration, promoting a firmer, plumper, and more youthful complexion.
Thermo-Mechanical Skin Rejuvenation
Tixel combines the capabilities of 3 technologies into 1
Tixel utilizes a thermo-fractional titanium tip with 81 pyramids maintained at 400 degrees Celsius. Tixel’s mechanism of action is called Thermo-Mechanical Skin Rejuvenation which transfers pure natural heat through conduction. Unlike a traditional laser, Tixel is not reliant on a chromophore, which makes it safe to treat darker skin types effectively. Tixel delivers less energy than ablative lasers, without explosions or carbonization, yet is able to deliver results equally if not better than a laser. Tixel focuses on delivering a controlled spherical heat wave into the skin to trigger neocollagenesis and cellular turnover.
This intensity provides similar results to a Clear & Brilliant but with additional benefits. We are able to provide Transdermal Drug delivery into the papillary dermis for up to 6 hours after the procedure. This is beneficial to treat skin conditions such as Melasma (topical drug delivery of Tranexamic Acid), Acne (topical drug delivery of 5ALA), and Rosacea (topical drug delivery of Botox). We use different prescription topicals depending on the skin condition during this transdermal delivery.
This intensity mimics the results of a Fraxel or Moxi treatment but with less downtime and side effects because Tixel causes less dermal injury compared to a laser. We are also able to utilize the transdermal delivery system to administer exosomes into the skin for better results with skin rejuvenation. This level is ideal to treat acne scars, large pores, poor skin texture, and moderate wrinkles.
This intensity mimics the results of a CO2 Laser but with less downtime and side effects. We are also able to utilize the transdermal delivery system to administer exosomes into the skin for better results with skin rejuvenation. This level is ideal to treat very deep wrinkles in the face or skin tightening/stretch marks anywhere on the body.

Tixel Treatment Results
With Tixel, you’ll notice an immediate improvement in skin tightness and texture, with mild redness and swelling similar to a sunburn. This subsides within days, revealing a radiant complexion. Over the following weeks, increased collagen and elastin production will smooth fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars, improving skin tone and firmness. Continued treatments and proper skincare can provide long-lasting results, potentially for months or even years, with a more youthful appearance overall. Remember that individual results may vary based on factors like skin type, age, lifestyle, and specific concerns.
Tixel Treatment Process
To begin, we’ll schedule a comprehensive consultation to discuss your skin concerns, medical history, and desired outcomes. This allows us to determine if Tixel is the right treatment for you and personalize a plan to address your specific needs. Before the procedure, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed and prepared. A topical numbing cream may be applied to enhance your comfort during the treatment.
The Tixel device will be gently applied to your skin, delivering controlled heat energy in a fractional pattern. You may experience a warm or prickling sensation as the device creates micro-channels in the skin’s surface. The treatment time will vary depending on the size and area being treated, but typically a session can last from 30 to 60 minutes.
Immediately following the treatment, you may experience mild redness, swelling, and a sensation similar to a sunburn. These effects are temporary and usually subside within a few days.
We will provide you with detailed post-treatment instructions, including specific skincare recommendations and sun protection guidelines. It’s essential to follow these instructions carefully to optimize your healing and results.
Depending on your individual needs and goals, a series of Tixel treatments may be recommended for optimal results. We will discuss the recommended treatment schedule with you during your consultation and adjust it as needed based on your progress and skin’s response.
Tixel is known for its minimal downtime, allowing you to return to your normal activities soon after the treatment. However, it’s important to protect your skin from sun exposure and follow the aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing and maximize the benefits of the treatment.
