What to expect after
Most people return to normal activity right away. Mild swelling, tenderness, or small bruises can occur and usually settle within a few days. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat (saunas, hot yoga) for 24 to 48 hours, and try not to press on the area. Results look their best once any swelling resolves at around two weeks, when we review them with you.
