No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and missed appointments mean that reserved time cannot be offered to another patient, so we ask all patients to respect the following policy.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 3 days notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another patient and helps us keep wait times short for everyone.

Deposits

Some treatments and consultations may require a deposit to secure your booking. When a deposit applies, it is credited toward the cost of your treatment. The amount and any conditions are explained to you at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 3 days notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a fee or the forfeiture of a deposit. Any applicable amounts are communicated to you when you book, so there are no surprises.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that the next patient is not delayed.
