Neck Botox, or a Nefertiti lift, typically uses more units than a single facial area because it treats the platysmal bands along the neck and often the lower jawline. The exact number depends on your band strength and how much area you want treated. Your VRA injector assesses your neck at consultation and shows you the dose plan before any injection.

A Nefertiti lift is neck Botox placed along the platysmal bands and the lower jawline to relax the muscle that pulls the jaw-and-neck line downward. Easing that downward pull lets the jawline sit a little higher and softens the vertical neck cords, for a smoother neck and a subtly more defined lower face. It is a non-surgical treatment with minimal downtime, and results build over one to two weeks and last about three to four months.

Most patients feel only a mild pinch at each injection point. The treatment takes about 15 to 20 minutes with a series of small injections along the neck and requires no anaesthesia. Ice can be applied to the area beforehand if requested.
