Botox for Men
Botox for men, kept discreet
A growing number of our patients are men who want to look less tired without looking treated. The goal is simple: soften the tells, keep the character, and dose for stronger muscles.
Tuned for men
Stronger muscles, a different plan
Men generally have larger, stronger facial muscles than women, which means they often need more units to achieve the same softening. Dosing a man's frown line like a woman's is a common way to get a weak, short-lived result. Getting it right is a matter of training and experience.
The aim is almost always the same: look less tired and less stern, while still looking like yourself. A good result keeps your brows mobile and your expressions intact, so colleagues notice you look well-rested without knowing why.
Every treatment is placed by our injectors under the clinical lead of Victoria Rose Cyr, RN, a national injector-trainer, in a calm and discreet Pickering clinic.

The result
No one has to know
Done well, no one clocks the treatment. They just notice you look rested, approachable, and like a sharper version of yourself. There is essentially no downtime, so most men come on a lunch break and head straight back to work.
If it is your first time, we dose conservatively and review you at two weeks, adding a little more only if an area needs it. You are always in control of how subtle or noticeable the result is.

Botox for Men FAQ
Common
Questions
Yes, and increasingly so. A growing share of our patients are men who want to look less tired and less stern without looking treated. The approach is the same in principle as for women, but dosed for stronger muscles and aimed at a natural, masculine result.
Men usually need more units than women because their facial muscles are larger and stronger. A man's frown lines, for example, often take more units than a typical female dose to hold properly. Your exact units are assessed in person, because dosing a man's muscles like a woman's is a common cause of weak, short-lived results.
Not with the right approach. The goal for men is to soften the tells while keeping your brows mobile and your expressions intact, so you look rested and still like yourself. We dose conservatively, especially on a first visit, and review at two weeks so you stay in control of how subtle the result is.
The most common are the frown lines (the "11s"), forehead, and crow's feet, plus masseter Botox for jaw clenching or a softer jawline, and Botox for underarm sweating. Advanced options include neck bands and trapezius treatment. We plan the areas together at your consultation.
Essentially none. You may have tiny pinpoint marks that fade within an hour or two. Most men treat on a lunch break and return to work the same day. We simply ask you to stay upright and avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and rubbing the area for 24 hours.
